A few useful answers

How do I export or delete contributed samples?

In Sift, open Settings → Data & Privacy and choose Export all submissions or Erase all submitted data. Turn off anonymous contribution to withdraw consent for future contributions. If you cannot complete a request in the app, choose Data & privacy above.

Having trouble restoring Premium or downloading a model?

Check that you are using the Apple account you purchased with, then restore purchases in the app. For downloads, describe your connection, any error, and your app and iOS versions. Do not include payment details or Apple ID credentials.

How do I follow up on a request?

Keep the reference shown after submitting. Include it when contacting support@alkinum.io so we can find your request. Please avoid submitting the same issue again.
